Reflection 31: To Have a Happy Home is to Remember That God Lives in Every Room

The Best Way We Can Be Happy Together is to Keep God At the Center of Our Life Together.
I hope home will always be the one place we want to be - a place of contentment, safety, laughter and smiles, both our refuge and the place where we make some of our happiest memories. We'll always be able to make that possible if we always remember who lives with us. The same God before whom we took our vows lingers with us over morning coffee, encoruaging us to share our hearts. He encourages us to settle tiffs and misunderstandings before we go to bed, so that the worst thing we fight over is the covers. When we set goals, He wants us to consider and honor Him. Let's be conscious of God's presence in our home and make it one where He'll feel like one of the family.

'Successful marriage is always a triangle: a man, a woman, and God.' ~Cecil Meyers

Without the help of the Lord it is useless to build a home or to guard a city. Psalm 127:1
