Giving to others is always a joy,
Even when giving a favorite toy
Some folks have plenty but end up poor,
While others give much and end up with more!
A person who gives to others will get richer.
Whoever helps others will himself be helped.
Proverbs 11:25
Dear God, please help Joshua be a giving little boy. Help him consider people above 'stuff' and money. Give him joy in being generous. And, please keep him from debt so he can feel free to give of his resources, time and talents. Please instill in him your wisdom and grace. Allow us to be good role models in this area as well, giving not to get but just to give. Thank you for caring for our entire family. In Jesus' name we pray, AMEN!
