The past couple of days have been busy ones, but we've spent them with friends. :) Sunday night Pastor Matt & Joanne and their girls stopped in for icecream. It's always nice to see them. Then Monday night, we went to the Garner's house for dinner. We feasted on chili served in bags of corn chips and ate a Mexican fiesta. It was delicious! But, the best was the company. Joshua & Jude get along so well, and Julie & Dan are so very kind. We had a wonderful time. But, once again I didn't take my camera. Dang it!Then last night we had Chris & Lisa and their daughter Isabella over for dinner. They are one of the families in our life group. Even though I said they didn't need to bring anything, they brought along pumpkin roll for dessert...it was FABULOUS! And, we enjoyed hanging out with them, too. This morning we've been listening to Christmas music and playing. Favorites have included "Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer," "The Twelve Pains of Christmas," "The Hallelujah Chorus," "Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow" and "Santa Baby" by Marilyn Monroe plus many more! We've had fun playing and reading books. Bean cracks me up everyday. Today he was saying "Wait a minute! No now! Wait a minute! No now!" To who? Who knows... He's so funny!Tomorrow my side of the family will be here for Thanksgiving dinner at noon and then we will head to Nonie & Poppy's house for supper. Friday we have planned our typical Black Friday shopping excursion and decorating. We also hope to get some yardwork and housework done this weekend - hopefully we can have fun and be productive. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!!!

Marilyn Monroe "Santa Baby" is an illegal music file. The correct artist is CYNTHIA BASINET.
