On Saturday, July 14, Joshua was invited to a little boy's birthday party that was in his preschool class and will also be in his kindergarten class this year. Nathan also lives right next door to my sister. He was excited to go, and they did some fun water activities (which I didn't realize or I would have sent him along with a towel and swim trunks, etc, but he didn't seem to mind). One of the activities was playing target practice with plastic bottles of water and a water shooter. He thought this was especially fun, and they all got to take home a water shooter when they left. He loved it!
Just before we dropped off Joshua, Nonie & Poppy had come to pick up Caleb to take him to the Hands On House for his birthday. He had a BLAST! He still talks about it when we pass the museum. Then they took him to McDonald's for lunch and brought him home just after we picked up Joshua.
Both kiddos had a fun Saturday morning!
