Homeward Bound...the Incredible Journey

Just a quick note to let you know that Joshua should be coming home tomorrow so long as everything goes well tonight. He's eating like a champ, and everything else seems to be going smoothly for him. Basically, they are waiting until he no longer needs pain medication stronger than tylenol. We'll still have to give him some of that, as needed, for the pain for a little while by sounds. He's doing so much better today - he even smiled at us! Thanks again for praying!!!

We are so thankful for the many, many miracles that Joshua has experienced and that you have experienced through this process. Truly our God cares about every moment and every detail and turns what the enemy means for destruction into opportunities for His glory to be seen and our lives to be touched and changed. We are rejoicing with you and will continue to pray for total restoration for you all!!! You have done a wonderful job standing and trusting and loving! It has not been easy, but you are faithful and our God is soooo Good!

Thanks be to God! I am so thankful for such terrified news. I rushed to work this morning to see how everything went. As I am reading over your words I am impressed by your great strength and faith. THE hardest things I have ever had to do was see any of my children in pain.

You are such an excellent writer, did you ever thing about writing a book? I think others would find comfort from your words and your enduring faith!

I miss you and look forward to the time when I can finally meet your special (and adorable) little boy in person. Take care and PLEASE let me know if you need anything!
