This morning I decided to take Joshua to the pediatrician - what can it hurt? He now weighs 21.6 lbs - so even as he's getting taller, he's maintaining his weight. Dr. Gross (yes, an awful name) said that his ears look fine; however, he has puss & blisters on his tonsils. She said there's been a wicked virus rapidly spreading around children that takes about a week to get over completly, so he should start feeling better in a couple days. She also said that it is accompanied by a headache, older children tell her, so to give him tylenol when he's pulling on his face because that's a good sign that he has one, too. Poor Bean! When we went to leave, he blew snot all over his shirt and mine. Now that's GROSS!!!

Yeah, what's with the docs at Roseville? Gross, Crack, Hot (Not that their all spelled that way, but that's what it sounds like, my friends)
Good times--blisters, snot, headaches. BLECH!
Lord, please heal the Bean and make him feel better soon so he can play and keep exploring his big world with joy.
Love you guys!
Julie
P.S. Could someone just make a decision about lunch on Monday for goodness sake? (Take the cue, Val!)
I just realized...better Gross, Crack, Hot than a Gross Hot Crack...
(Was that appropriate?)
