Well, baby?

On Wednesday, October 12, Ryan had his four-month well-baby check-up. His stats were:

Height: 26" (82.8%)
Weight: 16 lbs 4 oz (73.94%)
BMI: 16.9
Head Circumference: 15.91" (8.82%)

The pediatrician said Ryan looked good, and she also commented that his eating patterns may not be reflux. It's okay to slowly ween him off the Zantac IF he doesn't seem to change behaviors. But, I haven't tried it yet because he was so miserable from his shots this time round. They warned that this would be the case for up to 72 hours.

Eating every 4 to 5 hours is normal, sleeping through the night is normal, and most other things that I was wondering about with Ryan are indeed "normal" for this age. His weight is less of a percentile than it was even though he did gain some, but he's still within a normal range for him, so she wasn't concerned. She even noted that he was all personality. He smiled and cooed at her... then he screamed for the nurse who gave him his shots. Poor guy! I got my flu shot that afternoon from Millersville, too. They are no fun! :( :( :(
