WOW for Walking!

We've got a walker!!! Today, January 2, 2008, was Joshua's first day of walking. He didn't try to get down and crawl but took steps to get from piece of furniture to piece of furniture. So, there are only a dozen or so steps in between but this is definitely walking; no question about it. He'd clap for himself as I clapped for him. When our contractor stopped by tonight, Joshua walked from me to him. When Shawn got home, Joshua walked from the dining room into the kitchen and turned the corner. He's fallen more than a few times, and he's crawled a couple of times but for the most part he's walked today. Hooray!!!
